Description

This Cajun Seasoning is the perfect blend of spices to add bold flavor to any meal. It’s made using common pantry ingredients you probably already have on hand. You’ll love sprinkling this on vegetables, pasta, meats, or any dish you want to add an extra “oomph!”.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried oregano (Note 1)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (Note 2)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the spices together in a bowl or container until evenly combined. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one year.

Notes

  1. If you’re not a fan of oregano, use dried thyme instead.
  2. Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to tweak the heat level. Leave it out if you’re sensitive to heat.
