Description
This peanut butter yogurt dip for apples is healthy and takes only five minutes to make. It’s made using natural peanut butter, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, ground cinnimon, vanilla extract, a pinch of sea salt, and a pinch of ground cardamon. It’s the perfect snack option when you need something naturally sweet.

Scale
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (I use natural creamy peanut butter)
- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (0% or 2% work great)
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (I use Ceylon cinnamon)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- A pinch of ground cardamon
- Sliced apples or celery sticks, for serving
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir until everything is creamy and smooth.
- Serve with apples, celery sticks or other fruit for dipping. Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
- Make it vegan by using dairy-free yogurt.
- If you use vanilla yogurt, use less maple syrup since vanilla yogurt is already sweetened.
- Peanut butter substitute: Use almond butter or your favorite nut butter instead.
- If your peanut butter is difficult to mix, I recommend putting the peanut butter in the microwave for 10-20 second increments to help it soften.
