Key Lime Pie Dip With Greek Yogurt
This healthy Key Lime Pie Dip is a creamy and tangy fruit dip that captures all the flavors of traditional key lime cheesecake without the guilt. It’s made with cream cheese, protein-packed Greek yogurt, and naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup. Enjoy with fresh fruit or graham crackers.

This key lime pie dip is my favorite no-bake summer dessert recipe. It’s takes only 5 minutes to make, which is great when you want a sweet treat.
Instead of sweetened condensed milk or heavy cream, this key lime pie dip is made with Greek yogurt, which is naturally low in calories and rich in protein.
It’s the perfect balance of bright and zesty citrus with a natural sweetness from the pure maple syrup or honey.
Whipping the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt helps create an incredibly light, fluffy, and velvety smooth texture.
Let it chill in the fridge to firm up and enjoy with graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit as a popular no-bake summer dessert or party treat.
Key Lime Pie Dip Ingredients

Cream cheese: I use full-fat cream cheese for this dip. You can use low-fat if you prefer, but it won’t be as creamy and rich tasting.
Greek yogurt: I use plain 0% Greek yogurt for this recipe. It’s high in protein and a good source of calcium and probiotics for gut health.
You can use vanilla or key lime Greek yogurt if you prefer a sweet flavor.
Pure maple syrup: I like to use pure maple syrup or honey to naturally sweeten this cheesecake dip.
Vanilla extract: This gives the dip good flavor.
Fresh lime juice and zest: This adds that signature key lime flavor to the dip.
How to make key lime pie dip

Using a hand mixture, food processor, or stand mixer, whip the softened cream cheese until it’s fluffy and smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, fresh lime juice, and lime zest. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth, about 1 minute. The dip will look a little thin at this point.
Cover the dip and let chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This will help the dip firm up.
When it’s time to serve, sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs or extra lime zest on top if desired.
Make Ahead and Storage Suggestions
How do I store leftovers? Leftovers will keep up to 3 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Freezing is not recommended because it will change the texture.
What do I serve it with? Enjoy with fresh fruit, graham crackers, animal crackers, vanilla wafers, cookies, or pretzels for dipping.
Serving Tip: You can pre-portion the dip by layering it in small Mason jars with a crumble of graham crackers at the bottom (or top) for a delicious summer party treat.

- Total Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: 4 servings 1x
- Diet: Vegetarian
Description
This healthy Key Lime Pie Dip is a creamy and tangy fruit dip that captures all the flavors of traditional key lime cheesecake without the guilt. It’s made with cream cheese, protein-packed Greek yogurt, and naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup. Enjoy with fresh fruit or graham crackers.
Ingredients
- 5 ounces cream cheese, softened (I use full fat)
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use 0%)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, or more to taste
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime zest, plus more for serving
- Graham crackers or fresh fruit, for serving
Instructions
- Using a hand mixture, food processor, or stand mixer, whip the softened cream cheese until it’s fluffy and smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey if using), vanilla extract, fresh lime juice, and lime zest. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth, about 1 minute. The dip will look a little thin at this point. Taste and add a little more lime juice or maple syrup if needed. Cover the dip and let chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This will help the dip firm up.
- When it’s time to serve, sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs or extra lime zest on top if desired. Enjoy with fresh fruit or graham crackers for dipping. Leftovers will keep up to 3 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- It’s important to use softened cream cheese to make this dip creamy and smooth. Otherwise it will have a lumpy texture.
- I use full-fat cream cheese, but you can try it with light cream cheese. It won’t be as rich, but it’ll still taste delicious!
- Use lime or vanilla flavored Greek yogurt if desired. Adjust the maple syrup or honey since flavored yogurt is already sweetened.
